Shipping and Delivery Terms:

1. Delivery Time

- Production lead time:

Order Quantity 1 pair - 300 pairs, 7-10 days;

Order Quantity: 301 pairs - 1000 pairs: 15-20 days;

Order Quantity: 1001 pairs - 3000 pairs: 25 days - 30 days

- Shipping time: within 3 working days after payment received/L/C confirmed, and the Seller will provide Bill of Lading/Express Waybill number electronic tracking link.

2. Packaging & Marking

-We provides standard export packaging (individual shoebox and outer carton).

- Customized packaging: If the Buyer needs to print the brand logo or special packaging, the design file shall be provided when the order is confirmed, and additional cost and production cycle will be calculated separately.

3. Delivery Terms

- Default terms: Free Shipping, door to door.

- Optional terms: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), the quotation will be by 15%.

FOB Main Port of China: the Seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port and loading them onto the ship, and the Buyer bears the subsequent ocean freight, insurance and import customs clearance costs.

4. Transportation Methods

- Default transportation: By Truck or By sea, time 15-25 days. - Special requirements: If air freight or designated logistics is required, it needs to be confirmed when placing the order, and additional costs be borne by the Buyer.

5. Customs & Documents

- We provide commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of LadingWaybill, Certificate of Origin (CO), if special certificates such as FORM A/FORM E are required, the Buyer shall inform in advance and bear the related cost

- Customs clearance responsibility: Under FOB terms, the Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and related taxes (tariff, VAT, etc.);

- Notes:wear products shall comply with the compliance requirements of the destination country (such as EU CE, US CPSIA, environmental fabric test report), and the Buyer shall inform the relevant in advance, and the Seller shall provide necessary test documents (costs to be negotiated and borne).

6. Other Terms

- Sample transportation: If the wholesale needs to provide pre-production samples, pre-production samples will be sent by international express delivery, and the transportation cost will be borne by the Buyer (the freight can be against the payment of the order confirmation).

- Change notice: If the Buyer needs to change the transportation method, delivery address, it is necessary to notify the Seller writing 3 working days in advance, and if additional costs are generated, it will be borne by the Buyer.
